The Tai Chi "Play Every Day" course

Forget the old saying that it takes decades to make progress in Tai Chi. I believe you can start benefiting from meaningful exercises on day one—no videos, nor images to clutter your day, just clear, straightforward instructions.

That’s why I created this 20-day course: to bring you a new exercise every morning, in just a few lines of text, and to show you how Tai Chi can support not just your practice, but your entire day.

What’s Included:

  • Daily Exercises: A fresh Tai Chi practice delivered every morning at 8am.
  • Quick to Learn: Each exercise is simple and accessible—you’ll get the hang of it in seconds.
  • Practical Insights: Tips on how to carry the benefits of Tai Chi into the rest of your day, improving focus, balance, and ease in all you do.

21st-Century Tai Chi:

This course isn’t just about movement; it’s about connection—connecting your practice to your work, your routine, and the busy pace of modern life. By the end of 20 days, you’ll know how to make Tai Chi not just an activity, but a way to bring calm, clarity, and playfulness into everything you do.

*Start Today:

Ready to get started? Register now and receive your first exercises within the hour.

Then another will arrive the day after and so on, until you reach the end of the course.

Can't wait an hour? While I'm always encouraging you to develop the skill of patience - I have a small gift.

You can download a small PDF on Basic Tai Chi exercises to give you something to read and to set you on the right track.

You will get a PDF (9MB) file

Simple daily reminders

I like the format of this course. The emails drop into my inbox daily. I like the daily prods to engage in the world in the Daoist way. Paul points out the sense of each suggestion - socially, sensually and politically. Political in the sense of how we relate to the wider world through each days lesson. It’s a different type of TaiChi course
