I'm in my 60s and I have to take it easy. So I won't be jumping around or pumping weights - though weight resistance training is now considered essential for anyone over 30 and especially for the over 50s.
But there is no obligation to do all of the sets. You should browse the categories, try a session in each and decide for yourself.
The sessions offer safe and graduated versions of the exercises for everyone. Just make sure you do not push yourself too hard and make sure to do the warm-ups and cool downs when necessary.
If you have doubts, check with your doctor first.

In the 1980s and 90s I also taught fitness classes, weight-lifting, strength and multi-gym use, aerobics, step classes as well as other fitness sessions. I've tried to keep up with what is safe and valuable and it is this experience I bring to these sessions.
