One designed to kick start and then move your energy around your body.

It's made up of 5 moves - opening, spiralling, expanding, retreating, and grounding moves.
Im calling it the Energy Flow Form.
What you will learn
• A simple sequence — 5 classic postures, taken from both the long and short Yang forms.
• Energy boost — designed to kick-start and activate from one posture to another

- Yes, this Zoom workshop is a live practical session that you can learn in the moment or - watch later - and practice by yourself via the recorded version.
- The session ends with Q&A
- Session takes place on Saturday 25th October 6pm BST (recording of session will be available for those that can’t attend and for those wanting to play back the session again.)
How do I join and how much is it?
Live places are limited, so registration is essential, even if you cannot attend live and only want access to the recording afterwards.
