The session will involve a series of fresh approaches to learning, exploring the principles and playing with the ideas of Tai Chi. No matter what style you have done, what uniform you choose to wear, what colour your belt, or how long (or short) your years of practice.
We'll all be starting from a bank page.
If you have done anything with me online, you will know not to expect a conventional class.
